J'ai essaye d'appeler pendant 2 heures. Je faisais autre chose pendant que j'etais en attente. Je n'ai pas reussi a parle a un prepose. Tout ce que je veux, c'est savoir quoi faire lorsque je vais recevoir le package:
1) Ils me remboursent au dessus de 439.76$ auquel cas je le conserve
2) Sinon, ils se le crissent dansle cul

I ordered a Rio Karam for 410.99 CAN$ + Taxes = 439.76 CAN$. On your website, it says that no additional fees or duties would be charged. Now I'm part of a group that write their buying experience on a forum about the Rio Karma. Currently, there is a fellow Canadian customer of yours who got charged PST+GST+MP3 taxe+Brekarage Frees for a total of over 100$!!!! PST shouldn't apply as he's not in Ontario. GST was already charged and got charged again by UPS. The brokerage fees should not have happened because it should have shipped from Canada, but it wasn't, it was sent by BDI-Laguna Corp., Reno, NV. The mp3 taxe? What tells me that UPS is not just going to keep the money?!?!?!
BTW, the packaging was **terrible**, at least that's what he wrote on the forum. To quote him: "What a piss poor job.".
Now, what I would like to know is if you are going to give any of those fees back. Actually, I'm expecting you to sell me the Karma for 439.76$ delivered, and not a cent more. If not, what should I do when the package arrives and they ask me for more than 100$ COD? Should I refuse to sign for it and cancel the transaction with my credit card company? I still want the item, but not at 100$ more.....
I still hope I'll get it without any aditional fees like your website says, but I want to know before I receive my package if you're going to stick to what you sold me (a Karma for 439.75 CAN$ delivered and including taxes) or if you want me to forget about the whole thing.

Je vous tiendrai au courant. Et n'oubliez pas. C'est pas important que vous copiez ou non de la musique sur internet. Ce qui est le plus important c'est d'ecuquer les gens et de leur dire que les disques sont maintenant gratuits au Canada car on paye les artistes via des levys.
